Description
Perforated mild steel is surprisingly hard to find reclaimed—especially in a heavier gauge that hasn’t been galvanised or made from stainless.
Recently I managed to get hold of a great collection of different reclaimed perforated mesh, and this is the first flower I’ve created using it.
It works beautifully for the petals. From some angles they feel quite solid, but as you move around the flower, light filters through the small perforations and the whole piece changes.
