A giant reclaimed sprocket forms the base, with a cantilevered arm lifting The Breakaway vessel out beyond it.
From some angles you can see exactly how it’s held. From others, it almost disappears and the vessel feels like it’s floating.
Fault Line is about the forces at play — weight and balance, tension and gravity.
The same forces that shape the land are the ones holding this piece steady.
